This Refunds, Returns and Order Modifications Policy (the "Refunds, Returns and Order Modifications Policy") describes our delivery and return guidelines, designed to enable you to fully enjoy your shopping experience. This Refunds, Returns and Order Modifications Policy shall apply with respect to all of our products ("Products") ordered via (the "Site"), including Products sold at a discounted rate and/or during seasonal sales and promotion. Please read this Refunds, Returns and Order Modifications Policy carefully before submitting an order via our Site (the "Order"), and feel free to contact us if you have any questions related to this Refunds, Returns and Order Modifications Policy. You may have certain cancellation or return rights governed by local legislation. Nothing in this Refunds, Returns and Order Modifications Policy will affect your statutory rights.
For purposes of this Policy, a "Processed Order" means an Order that has entered our fulfillment and/or billing process and can no longer be modified or cancelled. For subscription Orders, cancellation requests intended to prevent the next recurring charge must be submitted at least twelve (12) hours before the next scheduled billing date. Orders that have become Processed Orders may still be eligible for return in accordance with Section 3 below.

Cancellation. We understand that circumstances may change after you place an Order. (a) One-Time Purchases. One-time purchase Orders may be cancelled before they become Processed Orders by contacting our support team. (b) Subscription Orders. Subscription Orders may be cancelled at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. To avoid being charged for the next subscription shipment, cancellation requests must be submitted at least twelve (12) hours before the next scheduled billing date. If a subscription Order has already become a Processed Order, cancellation will apply only to future subscription shipments and will not affect the Processed Order.

Order Modifications. To request a modification to your Order (such as updating your shipping address or shipping method), please contact our support team as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate modification requests submitted before the Order becomes a Processed Order. Once an Order has become a Processed Order, modifications may not be possible.

Shipping Changes After Processing. For Processed Orders, we generally cannot modify shipping details. You may contact the courier directly to request available delivery modifications or redirections or contact our support team to discuss available options. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, we may contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Money Back Guarantee We stand behind our Products with a 90-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your Product for any reason, you may request a refund within ninety (90) days of the date of purchase. To receive a refund, you must contact us within the 90-day period and return the Product, including opened, used, or partially consumed Products, in accordance with our return instructions. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law. Upon receipt of the returned Product, we will refund the purchase price paid for the Product using the original method of payment. Original shipping charges and any expedited shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a defective Product, or an incorrect Product.

Defective or Incorrect Products. If you receive a defective or incorrect Product or if any Product is missing from your Order, please contact our support team immediately and within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the Products, and provide your Order number, photos of the damaged Products and packaging (if applicable) and details about the issue. Our team will verify the damage and arrange for replacement Products to be shipped to you, store credit, or a full refund at our discretion and in accordance with applicable law.
